Attendees will be gain a solid understanding of the Agile Scrum methodology, and best practices for Creating User Stories, Estimating Story Points, User Story Slicing, Test Driven Development and Continuous Integration
Test Driven Development
This Workshop will illustrate the thought process behind TDD, as well as a deep dive that incorporates the steps that are necessary for effective implementation. Unit Tests, User Stories, Design, Refactoring, Frameworks, and how to apply them to existing solutions. We will also explore the implications of code dependencies, fluid requirements, and early detection of issues. This is an interactive event, and individuals will be expected to participate in all exercises to attain maximum benefit of the workshop.
Intro to Git and Git Hub
This Workshop will illustrate the fundamental concepts, practical application, and workflow integration skills necessary for successful CI implementation.
